"Many thanks to Royalton Riviera Cancun for the wonderful hospitality and unforgettable experience. Every detail was beyond our expectations, and the memories will stay with us forever. A special thank you to our Expedia guide, Victor/Yeal Cobà, for the outstanding service and support throughout our stay. Victor helped us a lot by arranging different restaurant reservations each day exactly as per our requests, which made our vacation even more special. Our stay at Royalton Riviera was absolutely beautiful. We truly enjoyed every moment and experienced some of the friendliest and most welcoming staff we have ever met. The food was delicious, the chefs were incredibly kind, and all the restaurants were very clean and well maintained. The entire resort is designed wonderfully, with amazing night activities and entertainment every single day. The water activities were also fabulous and added so much fun to our trip. Overall, it was a perfect vacation experience, and we would highly recommend Royalton Riviera Cancun to anyone visiting Cancun. Just need to improve Check-in and Check-out process. Thank you once again for making our trip so memorable!"

"Hotel muy bien cuidado, el unido pero es que no tienen clima en varias areas del hotel como por ejemplo pasillos y elevadores. Se les iba la luz toda las noches. Restaurantes muy buenos 10/10 La atencion al servicio bueno, solo que muy molesto que te paren en cada esquina para vendert el tiempo compartido de hotel"

"Honestly 10/10, the room, the service, the food, and the spa were all amazing! Huge shout out to Kevin who checked us in, Karen, our dinner receptionist, and Hugo our waiter. They all went an extra mile to make sure our experience was as great as it was! I’ll be back! Also, I do think the Xhale purchase is worth the perks."

"Air conditioning did not work and room smelled of mildew. Closed main pool for reno's with no warning ahead and made quiet pool with swim outs the party pool. Could only eat at 1 or 2 resturants as they closed others and some nights only one opened. Others were not open at all for dinner. Many power outages! We had 3 swim out suites and could not use them one day as pool was closed for cleaning....reason pool was made into main party pool and guest was sick in pool. Beware of orientation and presentation.....high pressure sales to join owners club. "

"Staff was amazing like ABSOLUTELY amazing , food was amazing in every restaurant, so many activities to do. The only thing me and my gf didn’t like so much was the fact that we had to ask them multiple times to clean our room and give us extra towels, slippers, water, or change the bed sheets. Otherwise, everything was so perfect especially the restaurants and the buffet ( it had a lot of variety of foods and very clean)"
