"My first time walking into the hotel I was stunned by the beautiful of the space! Absolutely clean and minimal aesthetic is so refreshing. The complimentary is always love to experience - a lovely variety of breakfast items, snacks, cereals, drinks etc. The pool is quite nice as well, always kept clean and well maintained. The only thing was the housekeeping that disappointed me - I would be gone for hours from morning until late afternoon and I'd come back to my room and it was never cleaned no fresh towels, no changed sheets, nothing was done and I would see the cleaning ladies on my floor working on other rooms, I would purposely not put a sign on my door so that they could come in but never did. Maybe I was suppose to ask for it or leave my door open, which is good to know for future reference."

"Sensira Our stay at Sensira Resort was terrible. First off let me say I have never had to write a bad review till now and I have stayed at multiple resorts at different locations in Mexico including Tulum, Puerto Vallarta, Cancun multiple times, Cabo and Puerto Peñasco multiple times. I’m going to simplify this as short as possible and if anyone wants to follow up with me feel free to shoot me a follow up message and we can go through specific details. 1. We arrived early could not check in till exactly 3; we even tried to check in at 2:55 just to be told it wasn’t 3 yet and could not be checked in 2. Bags were left unattended. Anyone could have accessed them and we ultimately took them up to our own room because we couldn’t find bellman 3. There was no staff at the amenities play area to assist us with equipment; multiple times we had to look around the front of the resort to flag staff down to sign in and use amenities 4. The first day we arrived while waiting to be checked in they did allow us access to the pool but our towels were taken away even though they were clearly not used and next to our stroller, pool was freezing 5. When we were finally able to check in, the room we were assigned was occupied! I walked in on a family and my kids were the first ones in the room, major safety issue!!!!! 6. Went straight to front desk and didn’t even receive an apology; they just took our luggage and showed us to the correct room. 7. The room we got checked into, the tv and p"

"Room was clean, staff were incredibly friendly and the grounds were beautiful. We especially loved the pool at El Marina, so many fun activities for the kids. Because of the sargasso, the beach was not great but that was our only minor complaint. Little bonus there are many cute animals around the property. "
