"If you are heading to Emporio, make sure you are patient, as you will definitely have to wait a long time at check in. I waited standing in line 1h15min to check in (That's not a typo nor an exaggeration!), and it seems it is normal for this property. "We had an amazing time at Moon Palace The Grand! There were so many activities for both the kids and adults, which made the trip fun for the whole family. The food was absolutely amazing with so many great options, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, and they really made our stay special. "Can't wait to stay here again! My husband and I went for our honeymoon last month. I was iffy about the hotel having an 8 star review (I usually stay at 9 stars and above through Expedia). We loved it! Not sure why the reviews aren't higher! The food was amazing. The staff were great. The pools always stayed clean. There were so many activities to do. We have gone to Cancun numerous times and Hard Rock is definitely one of our favorites for sure! "

"Secret the Vine in Cancun, Mexico was a great resort. Some of the food were decent and some were great. The hotel was great and the staff was very helpful.
