The menus were large enough to make it worth while going to more than once though. Definitely worth a stay if you dont mind a smaller resort with no beach"

"Property is maintained cleaned at all times. The staff is friendly and helpful. Having the Privilege upgrade was the best thing we could’ve done as we have great perks. Specially getting a lounge pool chair easily and fast. Only thing we did not enjoy was the breakfast at the Privilege lounge. Our butler Elizabeth was amazing !"

"My family and I spent spring break at Sensira the last week of March. It was our first time to Cancun and our first time staying at an all inclusive resort. The facilities were very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping came several days over the 7 days we were there. The pools (3) were nice. They allowed pool floats. The beach was inundated with seaweed (sargassum). It smelled pretty bad and irritated my allergies (which I have never experienced with seaweed). The seaweed was so thick that it rendered the beach unusable. There were people trying to clear the seaweed from the beach, but it was an unachievable task. There were a lot of activities for kids: swimming, movies, trampolines, a video game area, nightly shows. We also had plenty of access to drinks all day, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The food was good, with some days better than others. We ate all but one meal in the Pergola (buffet) because we were never able to get a reservation in the one restaurant everyone suggested. Lunch was insane! The outdoor restaurant had no organization to it. Food took more than an hour and sometimes people would walk off with your order. All of the waitstaff and service staff in the resort were very nice and very helpful. Bring pesos to tip. The front desk staff and concierge staff were not very nice. They were not rude, but not very hospitable either. The resort is isolated. There is no where to go off the property. "

"The resort property is fine. Plenty of pools and such. The problem is the restaurants. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity - do not go to this resort. We left 2 days early because I was constantly getting dishes with gluten in them - and sick much of the next morning. You can't get reservations in the nicer, non-buffet restaurants. I think those all go to the Platinum guests & their members. We checked every day - and several times for just 2 people. Those have menu items that are notes as GF - nut I am not sure if they understand GF, as they had an item noted as GF, and it was made with Couscous - which is 100% wheat... I may have done better at those. but the buffets are so busy - super long lines to get a table, and then the language barrier - so I was just guessing what was safe. "
