The place was extremely clean, the room was very nice, the pool was very nice & the staff was very friendly, the restaurant onsite was also convenient if you didn’t want to leave the hotel, watching the sun rise from sea view room was something.. Super-Dave.

Cyan Hotel has a beautiful beachfront location with an amazing ocean view and a nice pool that really makes the stay enjoyable. The room was good enough for sleeping and relaxing after a long day, and all the basic necessities were available. While the room was comfortable overall, it could use some maintenance and updates in certain areas. Still, the location and views make it a good option if you’re looking for a simple place to stay by the beach.

We stayed at Cyan Cancun for 2 nights. We were very surprised how nice the hotel was. Beautiful pool area with a well groomed beach. The staff work hard at keeping the hotel clean. We found the staff helpful and pleasant. Although it is an older hotel that could use some updating the hotel was very clean, restaurant food was okay. I was reluctant to book due to the reviews. Needless to say we were pleasantly surprised how much we enjoyed our stay. We had a room with a king size bed that was very comfortable, the room was very clean. The couch in the room was old and stained. Our room overlooked the beach/pool it was a beautiful view. We would definitely stay there again.
