"The stay was okay overall, but there are a few areas that need improvement. The food was decent, but the resort should add more Indian and vegetarian options. The biggest issue was the front desk service—it was very poor. There was no iron or steamer available in Building 11, and despite calling many times, there was no response. When we finally reached them, they said they didn’t have one for us, which was very disappointing."

When we arrived it took us banging at the wooden gate and calling the hotel 3 times before some came opened the gate so our cab driver could drop us off. "All of the things that made this place special 7 years ago on our honeymoon (now under new ownership) are still present today. This is our favorite boutique, intimate resort in the area. The hospitality is unmatched anywhere else. The rooms are spacious and the remodeled bathrooms were a big plus. There are excellent food options for all 3 meals and no reservations are required. "The smell of sewage is horrible. The food is not very good. There are constant long lines for buffet, food trucks, coffee shop etc. They need more staff. The staff work so hard and are very friendly. "

"Check in was easy, and most of the staff who work the front desk for a very lovely, but the exception of one woman who accused my husband and I of ripping off our bracelets. They broke/ ripped off twice, and she essentially said that it was impossible, and if it happened again, we would have to pay. I also wish the hotel had a quiet hour time between say 10 PM and 8 AM, there was a family that had children screaming at the top of the lungs and stomping around at six in the morning till 11...

"This place is literally on the beach which is great. The surrounding area is nice with a lot of shops and restaurants. The room itself smelled very musty and I’m glad we only stayed one night. Unfortunately the entire beach is lit up with lights at night which made it hard to see stars."

"This was a very calm, relaxing resort. If you want a calm vacation, this is your spot. This is family friendly resort so if you’re looking for late nights, this is not the place. Bars close at 11pm and everything else seemed to close earlier than that. Located right on the beach, which was fantastic! There is seed weed so be prepared for that.
