"Even though there is an adults side, all the activities are done at the main resort with a lot of kids and it sucked. Not a lot of music at the adult pool. Food was okay."

"This place is a dream for anyone looking to get out of the hustle and bustle of Playa or Cancun. It is an ideal distance from both cities and nestled just outside of Puerto Morelos, which is a hidden gem for people that love good food and a chill vibe. I strongly recommend Sota Human Space. The accommodations are the best I've ever stayed at."

"The resort was mostly quiet and not overly crowded while I was there, which I appreciated. However, they were very pushy about the Hyatt Unlimited Club even after being told no multiple times. It basically felt like being pressured into a prepaid timeshare presentation when most people are just trying to enjoy their vacation — especially while traveling with a toddler and in this economy. I also felt like some amenities weren’t properly explained or met, such as the free bag and room service...

"From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. They let me know about prices outside the stay rates beforehand, they helped me arrange a welcome bouquet for my girlfriend, arranged for us to have a grill dinner and took breakfast all the way to our kuchil ( that’s how you say space/home in mayan). "The property is truly beautiful, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly. However, the all-inclusive experience felt somewhat restricted due to the operating hours of the bars and restaurants. While there isn't any organized entertainment, you can certainly enjoy a great deal of peace and tranquility."

"Resort was awesome. Seaweed cleaned before most people wake up. Staff very attentive. Everything clean. Pretty fun entertainment in the evenings. Couple things i didn't like was the concierge people pushing the timeshare like presentation for their membership. The minibar with points to buy snacks, beer, and soda was pretty cool except you can't get liquor for your room. The pools are only 8-8. Other small issue is no seating in the smoking area. The resort was so nice despite the small issues...
