"From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. They let me know about prices outside the stay rates beforehand, they helped me arrange a welcome bouquet for my girlfriend, arranged for us to have a grill dinner and took breakfast all the way to our kuchil ( that’s how you say space/home in mayan). "Resort was awesome. Seaweed cleaned before most people wake up. Staff very attentive. Everything clean. Pretty fun entertainment in the evenings. Couple things i didn't like was the concierge people pushing the timeshare like presentation for their membership. The minibar with points to buy snacks, beer, and soda was pretty cool except you can't get liquor for your room. The pools are only 8-8. Other small issue is no seating in the smoking area.
