"The beach is full of seaweed so if you care about the beach this isn’t the property for you but of course that isn’t the hotels fault. The pools were fantastic and we also had a swim up room which was also great. We got drinks served to our swim up room as well. We did get into every restaurant there, sometimes we had to go on a wait list and sometimes we didn’t have to wait at all. We never had any trouble getting a chair at the pool which was awesome. "We absolutely loved Hacinda Morelos! It was right on a gorgeous beach, all rooms are ocean view with good size balconies. It is not super fancy but has perfect Mexican character and a lovely pool. It is right across from the Chaudraul supermarket and close and conviienent to all the restaurants and shops in Puerto Morelos. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent. Also has a great onsite dive center and great massage parlor right next door. "

"Almost impossible to get reservations if not a prime or diamond member. The wait staff for the most part were extremely slow and rude. Beach was loaded with piles of seaweed . Annoying how many people kept trying to get you to book for the spa or take a membership tour. Even when in full conversation having fun they would walk right up and interrupt. "Everything was great! I would recommend having more options of activities for teens/young adults in the evening. Maybe a games room or other options. "

"The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily."
