"Most of the hotel staff dont speak english at all so it was frustrating as hell the buffet area had a terrible smell and the food was not good very average for a 5 star. I will never ever return to a Royalton dont care where it is they all about upselling. We paid to updrade our room to Ocean view but the beach was not the greatest and the water had a very strong smell. overall, I will give this property a three star there's no way for five star. I'm just really disappointed at how the staff...

"Resort was awesome. Seaweed cleaned before most people wake up. Staff very attentive. Everything clean. Pretty fun entertainment in the evenings. Couple things i didn't like was the concierge people pushing the timeshare like presentation for their membership. The minibar with points to buy snacks, beer, and soda was pretty cool except you can't get liquor for your room. The pools are only 8-8. Other small issue is no seating in the smoking area. "Worst experience. The staff was not helpful at all , yes 2-3 people were incredibly nice and welcoming , but most of the service was bad . Yet they did nothing to make it better . The ATM machines out there took our money . "We had to change our coffee maker in our room twice because it was not brewing hot but cold. It was easier to order a pot of coffee from room service. Room was always cleaned and was surprised that they have an afternoon towel service and maintenance as well. Very impressive Staff was excellent and catered to all my needs. Pool was ok. Only complain was the finish of the pool was too rough and hurts the back if you lean on it (especially with a sunburn) or your swim suit may get snagged...

"This is a great resort to stay as a family! The food was great, the staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and there was just so much to do. My kids had never been to Mexico before and everyone at Dreams Natura made it a perfect vacation for them filled with memories. "Would recommend but be aware. Area under construction and can have plumbing problems out of their control, even the ocean view rooms will be over looking an over grown empty lot.
