"Most of the hotel staff dont speak english at all so it was frustrating as hell the buffet area had a terrible smell and the food was not good very average for a 5 star. I will never ever return to a Royalton dont care where it is they all about upselling. We paid to updrade our room to Ocean view but the beach was not the greatest and the water had a very strong smell. overall, I will give this property a three star there's no way for five star. I'm just really disappointed at how the staff...

"Beautiful resort with immaculate facilities. Staff very polite and attentive. Many restaurants to choose from, all with 5 star service. Entertainment every evening and activities during the day, which you can choose to partake in or not. It was the perfect place for a relaxing get away from it all style holiday."

"Resort was awesome. Seaweed cleaned before most people wake up. Staff very attentive. Everything clean. Pretty fun entertainment in the evenings. Couple things i didn't like was the concierge people pushing the timeshare like presentation for their membership. The minibar with points to buy snacks, beer, and soda was pretty cool except you can't get liquor for your room. The pools are only 8-8. Other small issue is no seating in the smoking area. "Food was terrible and place had a weird odor"

"We had to change our coffee maker in our room twice because it was not brewing hot but cold. It was easier to order a pot of coffee from room service. Room was always cleaned and was surprised that they have an afternoon towel service and maintenance as well. Very impressive Staff was excellent and catered to all my needs. Pool was ok. Only complain was the finish of the pool was too rough and hurts the back if you lean on it (especially with a sunburn) or your swim suit may get snagged...

"Would recommend but be aware. Area under construction and can have plumbing problems out of their control, even the ocean view rooms will be over looking an over grown empty lot.
