"From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. "Great location - steps from the beach and minutes from the main strip/restaurants etc. The unit was clean and just as advertised. The small pool was perfect for our young kids. The host was friendly and helpful - she provided beach chairs and toys upon request."

"This is a nice resort and seemed to be very kid-friendly. You can start your day out with breakfast at the buffet where you can get eggs to order or an omelet along with any other buffet food. The pools were clean and had plenty of pool options to choose from. There were plenty of chairs/seats/etc. The lunch buffet was nice and at the grill you could choose from a steak, cheeseburger or pork/beef/chicken fajitas. There were plenty of food options. At night you can eat at the buffet again...

"It’s a nice hotel if you want to relax and not do much. My only complaint was with this being my second solo all inclusive trip. I absolutely hate that they give you a tab after EVERY thing. I do not want to have to sign and tip after every drink or food I get. Definitely won’t stay again, that made the whole experience not enjoyable."

"Our stay at SOTA was nothing short of amazing. The drive to the retreat was not too out of reach, and made sense, as we were in the jungle of Puerto Morelos.
