"You can't beat the price. Staff was the best part absolutely wonderful. Property is clean and well maintained, rooms were good and housekeeping was great. They went above and beyond once they realized we were celebrating our engagement. I have been to over 25 different resorts and have only revisited 3 of them. But this one I would and will go back to. "I liked the hotel, very clean and wonderful breeze. The only downfall is the restaurants are not open daily! They do not tell you that upon check in, and we missed a few restaurants we wanted to try because no one told us that the restaurants are closed on certain days. The buffet is only open breakfast and lunch so that made it extremely difficult if restaurants were full or if all reservations are gone. There is no where to eat. I think check in staff need to let the guests know at check in!...

"Our stay at SOTA was nothing short of amazing. The drive to the retreat was not too out of reach, and made sense, as we were in the jungle of Puerto Morelos. We arrived a little later than expected, but greeted upon arrival at the gate by the staff. We were helped with our luggage to our stay, and we were stunned at every step! In our unit, there were fresh fruits waiting for us on the table. Our room was surrounded by glass looking out into the jungle, and every room had access to opening...

However, the all-inclusive experience felt somewhat restricted due to the operating hours of the bars and restaurants.
