"This hotel is great if you are on a budget. The premium rooms have a mini fridge, mini split, small flat screen, a table and seating, and an outside table/chairs. We had a perfect view to the beach/pool/restaurant. The staff was very attentive. The hotel pool not so great! The tile is coming off and will cut your feet (my daughter, mom, and myself had cuts from the sharp tile that was coming off). "Very disappointing. Beach was closed due to sargassum. This resort does not clean the beach at all. Piles of seaweed all over the beach. The smell of rotting seaweed was everywhere. The resort next to us had the beach open, the public beach in town was open and all resorts in Cancun had open beaches. They all clean their beaches. Does not feel like a 5* resort. "The overall experience was good if you are looking for a resort to relax for a weekend. The nightlife experience was a bit limited as they only have one bar open on the resort until about 1am, with a very limited music selection. The day time activities are a bit limited, but fun. Some notable experiences were the water zumba aerobic class, the foam pool party, and surprisingly the music trivia. I think the resort has potential to be more than what it is if they had more nightlife activities...

"The hotel is oké. It is not very good but it is not bad at all. It has a convenient location. No need to worry about sound nuisance because you do hear some music from a nearby bar but it was definitely not bothering us. The hotel is nearby the town center and all the restaurants. Nearby the beach and it has a lovely pool on the rooftop. The pool needs some maintenance and the glass panels need some cleaning. The hotel really needs to do something about their plumbing but there is some lovely...

"The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily."
