"They will take care of you no matter what. Although please be aware you have to be patient because there are a lot of guests and they are working with so much all at the same time. The areas for improvement are for the plunge pools, ours had a bunch of the stuff falling from the trees that it would hurt the bottom of our feet. "Review from a couple in their 30’s with a 4 y/o: This was my 9th all inclusive trip & our 2nd time at this resort. It’s good for kids & adults. We went mid May. Resort is clean & up to date. Food is great! Was able to get a dinner reservation every night except the first night. My top 3 restaurants were Zen Teppenyaki, Taj & Caribbean restaurant. One of my top all-inclusive resorts for food! Pools are nice & many to choose from. Activities were going on most of the day at the main pool....

"The food there isn’t great. Two of the restaurants were just ok. The drinks were gross. It gave me a headache. I was scolded by an employee named Vicente at the pool for having my dog on a stroller there. While checking in, they said I could. Vicente had an attitude and was very rude. They says dog friendly but it really wasn’t. We booked a swim out beach front and the water in our pool wasn’t that clean. I see them cleaning the ones near the pool more.i regret staying here."

"Our stay at SOTA was nothing short of amazing. The drive to the retreat was not too out of reach, and made sense, as we were in the jungle of Puerto Morelos. We arrived a little later than expected, but greeted upon arrival at the gate by the staff. We were helped with our luggage to our stay, and we were stunned at every step! In our unit, there were fresh fruits waiting for us on the table. Our room was surrounded by glass looking out into the jungle, and every room had access to opening...
