A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"Very nice room and environment. The beds were very hard, but we loved everything else about the room. Breakfast was good and we could order it in advance so they could prepare it and we didnt have to wait. Very good service overall!"

"Our stay at SOTA was nothing short of amazing. The drive to the retreat was not too out of reach, and made sense, as we were in the jungle of Puerto Morelos. We arrived a little later than expected, but greeted upon arrival at the gate by the staff. We were helped with our luggage to our stay, and we were stunned at every step! In our unit, there were fresh fruits waiting for us on the table. Our room was surrounded by glass looking out into the jungle, and every room had access to opening...

"It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. "From arrival to departure, our stay at the Valentin was perfect. The staff is amazing, attentive, and super-friendly. The restaurants were delicious and met 5 star expectations. We absolutely adored the entertainment crew and all of the resort activities. This was a wonderful vacation and thoroughly enjoyed by our group of seven, which ranged in age from 18 to 70. "It was a great experience! I would say that rooms need an update. The was water leak in the bathroom, our phone shower wouldn’t stay in its place, and there were tiny ants crawling around the bathroom sink. With all that said, room wad clean and we had a comfortable bed. I liked the private pool in our area."

"The beach was disappointing at the time of the year we visited but that’s not the resorts fault. It was sargassum season. During our trip it was low season at the resort, so we got no lines on the bars/restaurants, which I guess can be different in high season. The entertainment was great. Lots of options of delicious food. And shows at night that we also enjoyed. Our family had a blast."

"Staff unfriendly at check in. Most places were not open. All rooms were rented had issues, chili g smoke detectors, that took two days to fix, broken phone, toilet and shower. Room decor for birthdays were not done, mine said happy honeymoon and I came solo. Just overall very dissatisfied with this resort. They need customer service help."

"We liked the simplicity of the rooms; spa and service was truly amazing. Nice pools and beach club. Food was great. Neighbor St Regis access is great for dinner at Toro and walking just to see( we have stayed there before and it is awesome as well) Make sure that you have unobstructed view to the room TV or ask for a change.we did.
