Clean room but the shower leaked all over the floor. Staff were lovely, pools were great however I feel like there was a lack of snack bars. It was quite the distance from the pool with the slide to get snacks at the coffee bar.

Large 3 resort property where you can freely use all areas. Great restaurants/buffets with lots of options and authentic mexican dishes. Staff is friendly and helpful, the spa was pricey but worth it. Rooms are modern, big and very clean with large decks. Due to the seaweed bloom the beach was just for looking at but there are so many pools it didnt matter. Perfect option if you just want to relax.

This is the best resort we have been to so far. We loved the food, the staff was friendly, and the facility was modern and spotless. The animals on the resort are a nice perk. The only things we felt were missing was a couple of snack bars near the pools and for the towel counters to stay open a bit later (they close at 6:30 but the pools are open until 9:00).

I don't generally return to any place twice. This resort being the exception. Great food and variety of restaurants. Clean pools. Friendly staff. Excellent service in all areas. They even sorted out their wifi (if you've seen other reviews of that don't worry. It's all good now). Safe. Secure. Quick easy walk into town. Ventus Ha is a bit quieter. More adult focused. Never an issue finding space by the pools. Ventus Ha offers more shade options near pools. Reception and housekeeping are above average. I'll see you again soon.

Room was a wonderful size, staff is beyond friendly and caters to all your needs, resort is very clean and well maintained, so many different pools, activities for the whole family. Only downfall is the sargassum which affects the ocean and beach.

This place is very clean and nice! The staff were really helpful and friendly, though they could be a bit more accommodating when it comes to restaurant bookings. It’s quite difficult to reserve a table for dinner, and finding sunbeds isn’t easy either. The Wi-Fi isn’t the best .Only allows one access per person. Overall, we really liked the place, but maybe adding a few more staff would make the experience even better.

Ventus Ha at Marina was excellent. My husband and I traveled there with our two kids. The room was great, having access to the entire resort was perfect. The kids loved the pool with the slide and rock jump. The food was decent overall, with the Mexican, Italian, and Mercato for lunch as our favorite option. The staff were all kind and friendly. They clearly try to make the beach nice by cleaning seaweed every morning and barriers in the water, but we didn’t swim in the ocean. I knew that going into our trip so was not disappointed. Perfectly nice to sit on the lounge chairs provided and still have a beach experience. We rented a car which made it easy to go into Porto Morelos and Tulum. Everything felt safe and comfortable.

Rooms were lovely however we had an issue with the air-conditioning. It took several technicians and a few days to figure it out, but it was all sorted. The Wi-Fi was hit and miss throughout our stay. overall, we had an excellent stay.

Great people, stunning views but come prepared. The staff ( butlers) and scenery absolutely deliver. The food overall was decent, though not a standout. Our room, unfortunately, sat right outside the show venue — so unless you enjoy falling asleep to a live soundtrack, don’t plan on turning in early… it’s basically a concert in your room. The towel game is next-level competitive. If you’re not staking your claim by 7:00 a.m., be ready for a full-on lounge-chair showdown. It borders on absurd, with a few “owners” acting like they hold the deed to the pool or beach. Kobe Restaurant was a major letdown — small portions, and in a truly impressive twist, they actually forgot to plate one of the meals… mine.I was going to have to wait 10 minutes to get mine, we walked. On the bright side, the lunch dining hall was consistently very good and saved the culinary score. One major heads-up: watch the hotel’s “exchange rate” if you upgrade or make purchases on site. It’s… creative. You’re far better off bringing cash or paying in advance to avoid the surprise markup. They tell you the price in USD , then tell you they apply in pesos while not disclosing the additional 14% . It’s not about the dollar to peso conversion it about the additional. Bottom line: Beautiful place, friendly vibe, but a few operational quirks that future guests should know going in.

I stayed for 6 days, it’s perfect for relaxation, hotel is surrounded with nature. Staff were very helpful and friendly, place was clean. Definitely i will come back

Second visit to Ventus Ha and it continues to offer great value. We would definitely go back. Staff, cleanliness, and beds were all excellent. Food ranged from very good to excellent. The buffet selection was good, though items were not always hot, which made it less appealing at times. It was sometimes difficult to get reservations at the à la carte restaurants, but once there, the meals were consistently excellent. Coffee at Aromas is wonderful, and the barista does a fantastic job. The pools were very cold during the first week of our two-week stay, making the single heated pool quite busy. With so many pools on the property, adding a second heated option, (perhaps on a rooftop?) would be a welcome improvement. The evening entertainment is fun and the fire show was impressive. We love the lush landscaping, walking paths(well lit at night), and the wildlife. The beach isn't much, but the grounds make up for it. One disappointment was smoking in shared areas. Despite the nationwide smoking ban in place since 2023, a few people were smoking cigars and cigarettes in hot tubs, around pools (the family friendly spaces the law is ment to protect), and on balconies. It’s uncomfortable for guests to have to address this themselves. Clear communication at check-in, visible signage, and well-marked designated smoking areas would help. Despite a few bumps, we had a great time and would recommend it!
