Staff were nice. All the restaurants were good except the Brazilian, meat was horrible. Buffet was great. Lots to do, pools were clean. Beach was a bit small but I knew that booking. Seaweed was always on beach which isn’t common for end of Feb. they tried their best to clean it up everyday.

We stayed at Ocean Coral & Turquesa from February 15–23 with Privilege amenities and had an amazing trip. We split our stay between a Privilege Garden View room (second building near the Privilege Lounge) and the Privilege Master Suite (third building with a beautiful ocean view). The Master Suite was a standout. Huge room, dining table, extra bathroom, and a Jacuzzi tub on the balcony with an outdoor shower. The ocean view made it even better. It felt spacious, private, and worth the upgrade. The highlight of our stay was the butler service. Carlos was outstanding. He booked all our dinner reservations, made our room transfer effortless, checked in daily, and kept us informed about activities. Everything was smooth because of him. Eduardo was attentive on the night shift and always available in the evenings. Antonio, who served at the kids’ beach pool area, was fantastic and even made fresh smoothies on some days, which we loved. Angel provided excellent evening service in the Privilege Lounge, and all of the breakfast and lunch servers there were attentive and welcoming. They remembered us each day, which made a difference. Jesus at the Privilege Bar was great, the bartender at El Beso was excellent, and even the towel service team was friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed, but this visit truly stood out because of the service. The staff made it special from start to finish.

Habitación muy bien. Los restaurantes excelente. El personal súper. Hilda de lobby Enrique de blue moon La hoss del blue moon Berenice de GS. Fueron colaboradores que fueron más allá de lo habitual. Gracias. Tuvimos una insistencia con una persona. El cual cuando pregunté por su nombre no me lo quisieron dar debido que era un ejecutivo. Y fue muy grosero con el personal.

Booked Ocean Coral & Turquesa through Expedia and had a fantastic week in Puerto Morelos with my wife. We were thrilled to receive a room upgrade to a master suite with an ocean view, which made the trip feel extra special. The resort is calm and relaxing, not a party scene, and it’s a great size so everything is easy to reach. Food and drinks were consistently great, and the staff were wonderful. Alberto (our butler) was especially helpful, and the WhatsApp support made booking taxis and trips simple. Only drawback was the seaweed on the beach/ocean at the moment, which isn’t the resort’s fault. Overall, excellent value and an easy 5/5.

Resort was very nice. Maybe in need of some updating but nice. We went for the Privilege upgrade and we felt it was well worth it. We enjoyed the restaurants and beach and pool amenities. Best restaurant was definitely the Blue Moon. We didn't try any buffets so I don't know how they are. Mikes Coffee was great. Delicious coffees and sweet treats. You will see raccoons and cats running around but they don't bother you. We would definitely go back.

Overall just ok, it’s below from what I’m expecting. The room was ok but not so clean. Pool area needed more chairs and need additional staff to take drink orders. We stayed 4 nights and the food from their buffet are always the same, no other choices. The only restaurant we enjoyed the most is their Mexican Restaurant but need a reservation which is not so hard to do.

The food everywhere was delicious. I was assigned a renovated room, which was clean and had a great view. Although the shower drain was a bit slow... All the staff members were friendly. Ocean Coral left me with such great memories that I’m planning to visit again.

We had a great experience at this resort, from the staff being courteous and welcoming to the food that was delicious and they have many options, amenities, everything was clean and in good condition… we travelled with kids and they have a lot of cool activities to make with them… we will come back! Room was clean. Had a dehumidifier in it (awesome, even though we didnt use it, temps were cool). Good cleanliness. Pool drink service staff were awesome. Especially Antonio, Gustavo, Eduardo and Henry. Thanks for the great friendly service and information about the resort. Food was good at all the restaurants and we liked the selection. Loved the coffee shop, juice bar and ice cream shop. We will be back. Thanks a lot.

The room was very nice and kept clean. We did not really have the best luck with getting reservations to the a la carte restaurants. The two we went to were nice. We only got two the whole 10 day trip and tried everyday. There are nice amenities and the staff is all very friendly. Elias at the Jellyfish snack bar was a great bartender.

The food quality needs significant improvement, especially at the Brazilian restaurant, which made me sick the night I ate there. There were also many raccoons around the property. They were jumping onto food tables and taking food from our plates, which was very concerning. Other than that, the staff were friendly, and the resort itself, along with the location, was nice.

I booked the resort for 5 days. Once I arrived I decided to upgrade to the Privileges package. I was assigned to Claudia. She went above and beyond with helping me book restaurants and also helped my get a cable for my computer I left at home. She was an outstanding help during my stay. The food was excellent, ala carte restaurants were perfect. Tapanyaki, Brazilian BBQ and the Privilages restaurant. All food and services were on par for a 5 star resort. I would recomend this resort to anyone wanting to visit Puerto Morales. It was also a $6 USD Uber downtown to see a little more of the sights.

The property is on the beach, well maintained, very tropical n sunny, staff n service are top notch. The food- breakfast, lunches n dinners are great. Healthy options are offered. Dinners- bit of a play. The App doesn’t work n you show up at the restaurant and sometimes you may get in. The beaches n towels n drinks are all great. The food served is good. Rooms are good- the restrooms will benefit from an upgrade- we prefer doors in toilets to shower curtains- for hygiene n aerosols issue- It’s a pretty good deal for an all inclusive- better than most luxury resorts in the region. However, the animals put me off. The raccoons around the hotel are a menace. They spoil all the effort put in to the hotel. They scavenge the bins, the staff allows that. They roam free. Their poop is found in the alleyways and they usually come out around dusk n stay on. Better not walk at that time. You can be greeted by one on the staircase. Yes it’s close to a nature reserve but that is no excuse to let them feed off bins. Public health officials must be consulted to figure out a way to curtail their activities. You cannot allow them to take a dip in the pool. Raccoon poop carries roundworms. Saliva carries the rabies virus. Leptospirosis is a risk. Someday someone will get bitten by them. Please do something before it becomes a news headline item. But for this raccoon issue, we enjoyed our stay.
