"It was our first time travelling to Mexico and also staying at an all inclusive hotel. My wife and I both had a great time, and so did our kids. There were plenty of things to do for the kids, the staff there were all friendly and helpful. We would definitely go visit and stay there again."

"My husband and I stayed in room ocean view with Jacuzzi as Expedia members. My son and grandson stayed in ocean front with swim out pool as Diamond member. Our Jacuzzi did not work so called for service on second day but no one came to repair until fourth day after asked our concierge for Expedia to arrange.. the two gentlemen could not speak English and explain how to turn on etc ..the Jacuzzi still not working and was leaking on balcony...I told my son who called his concierge who had it fixed...

"The rooms were not as clean as one would expect considering the cost. The shower heads and faucets had mold growing on them. The pools close at 7pm. I did not know this or would have booked somewhere else.The bars by pools closed at 6-6:30. They would say 7 (same as the pool) but they would start breaking them down a little after 6 and tell you they close at 7. If you close at 7, don’t refuse service after 6:15.
