A special thank you to our Expedia guide, Victor/Yeal Cobà, for the outstanding service and support throughout our stay. Victor helped us a lot by arranging different restaurant reservations each day exactly as per our requests, which made our vacation even more special. Our stay at Royalton Riviera was absolutely beautiful. We truly enjoyed every moment and experienced some of the friendliest and most welcoming staff we have ever met. The food was delicious, the chefs were incredibly kind, and all the restaurants were very clean and well maintained. The entire resort is designed wonderfully, with amazing night activities and entertainment every single day. The water activities were also fabulous and added so much fun to our trip. Overall, it was a perfect vacation experience, and we would highly recommend Royalton Riviera Cancun to anyone visiting Cancun. Just need to improve Check-in and Check-out process.
