"I booked the resort for 5 days. Once I arrived I decided to upgrade to the Privileges package. I was assigned to Claudia. She went above and beyond with helping me book restaurants and also helped my get a cable for my computer I left at home. She was an outstanding help during my stay. The food was excellent, ala carte restaurants were perfect. Tapanyaki, Brazilian BBQ and the Privilages restaurant. All food and services were on par for a 5 star resort. I would recomend this resort to anyone wanting to visit Puerto Morales. It was also a $6 USD Uber downtown to see a little more of the sights. "

From securing many dinner reservations with ease to completely making up for a disappointing restaurant experience by arranging a complimentary Bali bed the very next day, Victor handled everything flawlessly.
