Hotel All-In di Puerto Morelos

"We really enjoyed the location of our boutique hotel. Close to all or most of the restaurants etc. The only negative is the street noise as the windows are single pane. The free coffee at the reception and pastries in the morning is a plus."

"Nunca hubo limpieza, creí que contaba con la limpieza pero no fue así, los 3 días nunca hubo alguien, las mismas toallas todos los días"

"We enjoyed staying here. We’re a quiet couple with no children around mid 30 and 40s. We read that this building was the quietest of the 3 resorts and it’s true. No loud music and annoying entertainment by the pool. Just peace and quiet. Great pool service. The roof top pool is only adults if you really dont want to see kids. Of course the big downfall is the beach. But you don’t come to Riviera Maya for the beach. It was very rocky and full of sargassum which was expected. They make up for it...

"Came for 2 nights but stayed for 2 weeks. Huge room, great hot shower, big smart TV, nice pool, and quiet at night. Will come back here for sure but Expedia price is a bit high compared to other websites. Check the prices."

"Clean place, well equipped kitchen, friendly staff, quiet and comfortable. The only downside was that we had one set of keys for 2 people and that was a bit limiting at times…"

"Very nice"

"This is one of the BEST resorts our group has stayed at, we all felt the same. Service, food, property and location all 10/10. Also we all LOVED being able to tip the team by adding to our room and paying at check out. I suspect this has drastically improved tips for the staff and the resort's ability to attract the obviously high level of service team that works here."

"Agréable d’avoir accès à une piscine quand il y a des sargasses dans la mer. On y dort bien et les serviettes de plage sont appréciées"

"Excelente todo como siempre su servicio de laura nuestra mesera excelente 👌"

"Super bien situé avec une vue magnifique. Pas besoin de voiture, tout est à proximité et se fait à pied"

"It’s a beautiful setting with a private beach area with umbrellas and chairs but the accommodations are very lacking. The main issue is that the entire suite is not air conditioned. The bedroom is air conditioned. However there is a bathroom, kitchenette, dining table and a sitting area with two couches that are only cooled by a ceiling fan—no air conditioning—so they are miserably hot in the summer and only are only comfortable before the sun rising. It is an older hotel so a bit rundown."

"We booked a platinum room. We had a beautiful room with a sea view. The restaurant options are great, only one we avoided was the Tepanyaki as it’s not our taste. Could not recommend this resort more on the whole, this was our 2nd time and it did not disappoint. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Personally I think going platinum is worth the additional cost, it means no stress booking à la carte and your minibar is always topped up and the butlers are super helpful. Thanks to Alma, Fredy &...

"Hotel bien ubicado y a la orilla del mar"

"Nice location on the beach. Sheets and towels were clean, maids came and left. Got a back massage and it was amazing!"

"The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily."
