Johan went out beyond to make sure our group of 7 had what we needed, helped our group with dinner reservations as the app was hard to navigate and book dinner for a group. Nice pools, we only hung out in the big pool that had activity’s and music. But the chill out pool and swim up bar would be a nice place for someone who likes it a little quieter. "

"The room was assigned right next to the staircase, and it was extremely noisy. People were chatting late into the night, some were drunk, and there were even people arguing loudly at the staircase at 2 a.m. I called security three times, but they took a long time to arrive. I went to the front desk to complain and requested a room change. The staff then assigned me another room in a different building—but in the exact same location. Are you kidding me? On top of that, I was told I had to check...
