"Royalton team, I simply don't have enough room to write everyone's name, but as someone who travels a good bit, I had amazing service, from the moment I got there, baggage team excellent, and fast, greeting team ( Vanessa left hand team ftw :) my butler Gabby was so helpful and wowed me with how fast she responded, then I can go to bartenders ( diamond pool Jace and jaun and the whole team there perfect. Buffett staff ( and not just the waiters, but the pastry/ ice cream team, wonderful and answered all my silly questions with real smiles, the street taco team in the buffet, I swear saw me coming and knew what I was going to ask for, even your prime sales team Diego was fantastic, I have never sat all the way though a sales pitch as I am a analytic and run every thing though algorithms and review the data before making decisions, and he understood that, and with that I was able to listen and actually enjoy the sales tour, I could go on and on the zen cooking show was great, entertainment was good, vibe staff included everyone, ok I think you get it, as a very seasoned Traveler from the USA , I give this resort, staff and stay a true five stars thank you ... "The servers from the restaurants were awesome. All the servers we came in contact with during our dinners were joyful and had a very pleasant and welcoming attitude. It reflected a very hospitable attitude. We were extremely appreciative with Mr. Marco Torres, he was a lot of help with our dinner reservations. He has put together a great team of employees. The food at the restaurants will not disappoint. On the downside, the seaweed was massive. We were not able to enjoy the beach at all. Other than the seaweed issue, our stay at Ocean Coral & Turquesa was great."
