"Secret Riviera was such a relaxing resort. The staff and grounds were second to none. Staff inside and outside the resort was excellent and truly improved our stay. The food at the restaurants was better than expected. The only negative was the after traveling with a family group of 8, it was near impossible to get seating together at any of the restaurants. With that said we will keep Secrets Riviera on our Mexico list."

"Margaritaville doesn’t have buffet service for lunch nor for dinner. This fact didn’t like my husband and me. Besides, they do not have a variety of restaurants. Other negative issue is that the minibar in the rooms is not provided by beers nor sodas, only water. We regret to note that it was the first time that we found that a resort in Cancun/Riviera Maya does not have these facilities. For this reason we would not recommend to spend your time nor your money in this hotel."

"I was under the impression that the resort had a beach, but they weren't any beach. I had a hard time making reservation for the hibachi dinner using the app. It kept saying reservation not available which was frustrating. I had to head down to the check-in desk for them the get a supervisor to assist with adding us to the reservation list which was another long wait."

Gali, Ramses and Adriana were always present to make sure my stay was comfortable. They were great to talk with and excellent resource to good food spots. I will definitely come back here."

"Our stay at SOTA was nothing short of amazing. The drive to the retreat was not too out of reach, and made sense, as we were in the jungle of Puerto Morelos. We arrived a little later than expected, but greeted upon arrival at the gate by the staff. We were helped with our luggage to our stay, and we were stunned at every step! "The resort was fabulous. Our room was amazing. The food and drinks that were all-inclusive were very satisfying. The staff was excellent and had a great attitude. When we called for anything to be brought to our room, whether blankets or room service, it came even faster than promised.
