Enjoyed my stay here ! Huge shoutout goes to Astrid and Sergio for making this stay great ! Had a wonderful room and enjoy room service. Food options were good but restaurants got packed really quickly so sometimes you will be stuck with trying to figure out what to eat .

Staff were wonderful and very helpful! The room was clean but a bit outdated. The pullout sofa bed was a very hard, old and stained mattress. And the room wasn’t very big. The activities were amazing and very kid friendly! Wish they mentioned it is not beach front. There is a small access point to the beach but it’s rocky and not pretty at all. The restaurants were decent. Food wasn’t bad at all. The water slides and pools were our favorite part. Kids loved the waterslides! Night shows were great as well! Overall, it’s a good resort.

Clean rooms. Just needs general maintenance which I imagine can be difficult in a humid climate. Dont be afraid to ask for another room if you want a better view, they are acommodating. Service was prompt and outstanding. Would recommend this resort on a budget.

Cons - Beach is not swimmable and does not look nice. Major negative aspect which is the reason why I would not go back to this hotel. The pool area is full of “bed” that tou have to pay extra. When the buffet is outside for a night show, the front tables are only for people who is wiling to pay extra money for wine bottles. A lot of extra money for an all inclusive hotel. Pros - People are friendly and the coffee place was nice. Japanese restaurant was also good.

Resort was amazing! So many options for pools that it never felt crowded. The food at the restaurants were outstanding and the service was always amazing by all the staff. We will definitely be back and recommend to friend's and family!

The food overall was not good. The Italian restaurant and the buffet were the only decent options. The parrilla restaurant wasn’t good, and the mariscos place was horrible. It was very difficult to find towels. Some of the staff were rude, you would ask for something and they would just say, “We don’t have more.” You basically had to keep asking until someone nicer finally helped you. However, the staff by the pool were very nice and helpful, which made that area more enjoyable. There is no real beach. You can see it, but you cannot access it. The alcoholic drinks were terrible. The quality of the liquor was bad; the piña colada tasted like sunscreen, and the strawberry drinks tasted like car perfume. The hot dogs were strange, and they did not have chicken nuggets for kids. The kids club was also disappointing. They open at 11 and close at 3, and it’s so boring that kids prefer not to stay. The night shows were very good, and the beds were okay. The internet was terrible. Expedia originally listed this hotel as the Hyatt Ziva. The pictures, rooms, and description were completely different. I was sure I booked the one in Cancun. Three days later, when I checked my reservation again, the name and pictures had changed, and we ended up at Dreams, which is part of Hyatt but clearly a cheaper hotel. I don’t think I will use Expedia again, this is the second time something similar has happened to me.

My family and I had a great expirience during our stay. The staff in the coffee shop area, the cabana boys and waiters were amazing. They have a great mixture of shows and activities for couples traveling alone or with little ones like myself. I highly recomend booking this resort if you are wanting to truely relax and or spend time with your family.

All of the elevators in our building were out of service the week we stayed there and I was traveling with a one year old, 5 year old and 7 year old. The air conditioning could not be turned down (despite multiple maintenance visits) and we had to turn it off so we didn’t freeze at night. The last night we were there, the front office called our room at 9pm and 12am, saying there was a nonexistent maintenance issue in our room. They also had cleaning staff come at 9:30pm when we were all asleep and they told us we should have put our do not disturb sign on the door…it was all so ridiculous and we were happy to be leaving.

The hotel was beautiful, it had all the accommodations that anyone would need. Our room was always clean and very comfortable. The restaurants inside the hotel were amazing, food was delicious and pools were very clean and well maintained. Staff was very nice and welcoming. My husband and I left the hotel to explore the area and came back kind of late and every restaurant was closed, we order food through room service and they were nice and quick to bring us food to our room. I would definitely recommend this hotel. 5 star hotel, in my opinion. The only thing that did not meet my expectations was the road to get to the hotel. There were so many potholes throughout the road, I don’t understand how they don’t fix that. The road was REAL BAD!! They really need to fix that. Small cars had such a hard time going through.
