"We stay for three days they never cleaned the room or change the bed. The pool was dirty green and the access to property is so far from everything else. We were not able to get an Uber to take us out of the property. I will not recommend it for a tourist location. The Jacuzzi was so full of chemicals that we have to get out immediately because the skin was burning. The apartment was in front of the pool that have no many blinds and two of the sliding doors so it’s like being in a store where...

"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

Solo no había jabón de baño en la ducha y tuvimos que salir a comprar cuando ya era tiempo de descansar tambien recomendamos que habiliten una pequeña refrigeradora para mantener los liquidos que compren los huespedes porque el calor es fuerte y se necesita tener liquidos frescos para hidratarnos. "I really liked the schedule of events, activities and amenities of the resort. Cons: 1.I know you advertised of being beach resort, but don’t see any sand to relax or feels beach. To visit real beach is also very far since this resort located in remote area away from citi. It would have been nice if you have some free transportation to near by beach would eliminate that. "The hotel has a lot of potential. Its location is perfect: close to the action but far enough away to be peaceful. The pool is clean and perfect. I would have appreciated a slightly better-equipped kitchen (toaster), better water pressure in the shower, hot water that actually heats up, and finally, a TV in the rooms. A very nice stay overall; we appreciated having access to chairs on the beach."
