"I booked the resort for 5 days. Once I arrived I decided to upgrade to the Privileges package. I was assigned to Claudia. She went above and beyond with helping me book restaurants and also helped my get a cable for my computer I left at home. She was an outstanding help during my stay. The food was excellent, ala carte restaurants were perfect. Tapanyaki, Brazilian BBQ and the Privilages restaurant. All food and services were on par for a 5 star resort. I would recomend this resort to anyone wanting to visit Puerto Morales. It was also a $6 USD Uber downtown to see a little more of the sights. "

The property is grand and expansive with lots of great restaurant options. Everything was always very clean, and the rooms were nicely renovated and comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. We highly recommend this resort for families. Kids pools were great!"
