"We had a really great 3-night stay at Cancún resort. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our trip. The staff were honestly one of the best parts of the experience , everyone was friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed, which made us feel very welcomed. The food options were awesome with plenty of variety, and we really enjoyed trying different meals throughout our stay. The resort atmosphere was fun and relaxing, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The only small issue we noticed was that the swimming pool seemed a little dirty at times, but aside from that, we had no major complaints at all. Overall, it was a memorable stay and we had an amazing time in Cancun. We would definitely consider coming back again."

"Kind of dated place. Not even a desk to do any work. They do not accept cash. We tried their Sports Bar and their premium Sea and Stones. The food at both places was horrible. Only thing we enjoyed was the guacamole at the Sports bar. No other restaurants nearby so walked to Oxxo and had great tacos and tortas. One star for food. Five stars for friendly employees "

"There were certain areas on the resort that smelt like sewer so when we swept out of our room building 94 that’s all you smell and it was horrible there was alot of bugs and roaches that get through the doors the tub wasn’t cleaned right"
