Where to even begin about this property. We started our stay for four days and then went to go to Cozumel to dive. Our original plan was to go to Tulum after but we loved the Fairmont experience so much that we decided to come back after three days in Cozumel. In total we were at the Fairmont for ten days and I could of stayed for another month. First and foremost, the property. It is UNREAL, it is perfect for any sort of getaway. It is STUNNING and perfectly kept. Every room is perfect, no matter where you are. The staff, NOTHING LIKE THEM. They are dedicated, professional

The Fairmont Mayakoba will not disappoint you. One of the most beautiful places to visit in all of Mexico. Outstanding service, amazing food, beautiful beaches and pools.. it truly is a tropical paradise. This is our 4th time here and I’m already trying to figure out when I can come back!

One of the best resorts I've ever been to. The property is beautiful and service is beyond excellent. Staff is so attentive and kind and they went out of their way to make our stay amazing by leaving multiple surprises in our room for our special occasion. The only thing that could be improved is the food at some of their restaurants.
