Do not spend your vacation here. Within one minute upon arrival we were basically forced to do a tour of the property to get “credits”. The credits are restrictive and we could not use one dollar. They then sat us done for two hours to get to pitch the sale of becoming a “member”. The initial price started at approx 70.000 US Dollars by the third salesperson the price went down 80%. Total scam. The hotel false advertises. We literally did not eat for two nights. Instead of explaining how their internal three hotel system works they were focused on selling weeks to us. I spent more time on the phone trying to get a reservation for dinner then I did ever eating. Out of 16 restaurants they could not accommodate a family of three with a young child until 9:45 every night - yet you go to the restaurants and they were empty. The entire 300 acres and three hotels were old and outdated and constantly a mess. Upon arrival our room was filthy and we were greeted by a dead roach under the tissue holder and a bathtub that was so dirty we used it for our dirty clothes. The beds were horrible, the pillows and lines were stained and did not smell fresh. We had an ocean front with a king size bed and a roll away bed. The roll away had dirty wheels and a base next to your head. The staff was flat-out rude at all times. We resorted to room service and we tried
