"We stayed in the Diamond Club package, and it truly elevated our vacation. The butler service, premium drinks, and exclusive amenities made a noticeable difference from the moment we arrived. Our two connected beachfront rooms were perfect for our family, allowing us to stay close to our kids while still enjoying privacy. Waking up to the ocean view every morning and relaxing in the private hot tubs on both balconies was incredible. We also loved the evening turndown service, which created a peaceful atmosphere after long days of fun. The housekeeping team kept everything spotless, and every staff member we met was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. The resort itself is fantastic. The pools, activities, kids’ and teens’ areas, and entertainment kept everyone in our family happy throughout the trip. The food was very good overall, with plenty of variety, but I believe this resort has the potential to become truly exceptional by investing in more personalized chef-driven dining experiences and elevating some restaurants, especially the sushi offerings. Overall, this was an amazing family vacation. The Diamond Club experience was absolutely worth it, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special—we’re already looking forward to coming back!"

"The facility is in the process of renovation. There was more noise and disruption than expected. However, the staff everywhere was AMAZING! You are not just a room number but an individual who is acknowledged daily. The restaurants were excellent but dicey, due to the season and construction one could expect 1 or 2 restaurants to be closed daily. The entertainment is excellent for all ages. Unfortunately, due to construction there is virtually no place to walk as the beach is out due to all the sargassum. They will get there, it's just going to take some time. We prefer the Valentine but for the price, The Jade Dreams is a great value."

"This is a nice resort and seemed to be very kid-friendly. You can start your day out with breakfast at the buffet where you can get eggs to order or an omelet along with any other buffet food. The pools were clean and had plenty of pool options to choose from. There were plenty of chairs/seats/etc. The lunch buffet was nice and at the grill you could choose from a steak, cheeseburger or pork/beef/chicken fajitas. There were plenty of food options. At night you can eat at the buffet again or book one of their many restaurants. The staff is friendly and the rooms were always kept clean. The beds were not too soft or too hard. The room temperature was nice and we were never hot in our room at night. The bars were good and they had plenty of brand-named alcohol on hand that weren't just for "elite" members. The drinks did not taste watered down and were tasty. Your in-room bar was stocked with whatever you requested by the staff. We never used room service, but it was available. Overall great experience. The resort is a few miles away from Puerto Morales. You can do a free bike ride excursion from the hotel or take an Uber for about $3 to the public beach there, which is amazing and seaweed free."

"This resort was decent. Major downside is the beach was pretty much unswimmable most days due to sargassum (we knew that was the risk with booking in June). They didn't really put forth much effort in removing this from the beach, but it wasn't as smelly as I had heard some other resorts have gotten. I also did not know prior to booking that the infinity pool (one of the largest pools on the property with the swim up bar) was adults only, so I could only go in whenever my husband was watching my daughter. That pool was extremely murky and felt scummy anyways, so it wasn't a major issue. The food was fantastic everywhere (including room service). The World Cafe buffet was a bit small and not a lot of food options. The property was otherwise well maintained. Staff were very friendly. There was a good variety of shows and entertainment. This property is a bit smaller, but it was perfect for my family's needs in general."
