"Casa Decu is such a beautiful boutique hotel. I was concerned about the no air conditioning and elevator but somehow it always felt comfortable despite the temperature. They also provide a portable fan and heater if needed. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Also love their breakfast."

"I'm sorry guys, I would avoid this one. I would never go back here.
I booked this hotel because it was central. The rooms looked beautiful and had a pool. When I got there the pool was closed and wasn't open for the duration of my five-day stay. They offered me to use the pool in a joining hotel but that was a 15-minute walk, which was no use.
My big issue was the rooms. Most of the rooms in this hotel are inward facing on a courtyard. There are no windows. The only light that enters the room...
