Everyone on the staff went out of their way to be friendly and provide top notch service from the moment we pulled up the driveway.
We had a room with 2 Queen-size beds that seemed larger than pictured on the websites. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant Lacroix was great and again, the staff was so friendly.

Getting in and out was very easy because of the stellar communication, and we had a very easy walk to the venue we werw going to, as advertised. Very happy with our stay, thank you!"
"The Element is right in the heart of Philadelphia and easily walkable to many places. The breakfast is amazing and the wine and cheese happy hour Monday through Thursday was nice. No restaurant on site. It is in the downtown so you will see homeless people but the hotel is very safe and comfortable. The full fridge was especially nice."
