"The AC Biltmore was very clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I arrived a few hours before check in and was able to get a room right away, in which I really appreciated! The King room with balcony was very clean and spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Thanks for a great weekend stay "

"Hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was exemplary. The main issue was lack of items during breakfast time. Primarily Sunday morning there were several empty spots. For example no orange juice, apple juice, bagels, muffins and fresh omelette. I was at breakfast around 9 so didn’t arrive late. "

"Christmas decor very pretty, but you really should fluff the braches first, kinda looked like a hot mess. Rooms clean and spacious. We have stayed here several times in the past. Breakfast seemed like left overs, need to use real eggs."
