"I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it wasn’t the most comfortable experience. The room itself was just okay—basic but functional. However, it didn’t feel very clean. There was an awful smell in the room that never went away. There were visible marks on the walls, a stale smell, and the bathroom could definitely use a more thorough scrubbing. The communication and the welcome to the lovely property, from Sandra, was exceptional. She went out of her way to show us the accommodation and walk us through the pretty village to the local restaurant, telling us a little about the place as we went. "Perfect location to relax and appreciate the beauty of nature. The hotel is placed in a quiet area, beatifully integrated in the landscape. The staff was very welcome, we had a massage service and it was the best massage we've ever had, the breakfast was delicious and adapted to our taste. Amazing experience.
