Pool filled with gravel. 1 set of washer and dryer outside in front of the owners suite. 4 of us were staying and there were only 2 sets of towels. When we asked for more, the guy said "why?". Then gave us 1 extra set. They only service the room and switch out towels every 3 days. Breakfast is not a continental, it was a sacked breakfast (like a sack lunch). "The outside looked ran down. The inside smelled clean but there was over an inch of dust on fridge and wall hangings. Mirrors was filthy. Toilet was not secured to floor. Touched the nightstand and it fell off wall. Sheets had stains. Took a shower and walked across floor and our feet were filthy from the floor. Pool was dirty and there were no chairs around it. This was unacceptable after paying almost 300.00 for one night."

"The property was so old. They charged my Mastercard for a 50 dollar deposit as well Cockroach in bathtub. Outside of fridge so dirty with rust.No extra roll of toilet paper for bathroom Bathroom door is separating-a terrible stay for the money. I don’t recommend this place at all"

"Excellent location in downtown Pensacola next to a lot places to go. Walkable distance to a lot of entertainment."

"The property was dirty everywhere other than the room which wasn't too bad. Pool was closed the whole stay. Breakfast if there was any was egg waffles with jelly and orange juice. When we went about half was through breakfast one time there was nothing. I asked if they were putting anything out and they said no and ignored me after that."

"Great location and staff were very helpful. There is an excellent Italian restaurant right next door. Hotel breakfast was always a plus. Staff very attentive to our needs. The only down side was one of the elevators was quite noisy and slow."

"There is no breakfast but McDonald’s is right around the corner. You can get coffee and breakfast for two people for $16.00. The room was fine. They should invest in more comfy mattresses. I’m use to staying in Marriott Courtyards and the beds being very very comfortable."
