"Really enjoyed my stay. Staff stayed in contact with us before arrival via WhatsApp. They took all our needs into consideration, including dietary needs. Especially Mia and the reception staff, very very caring. They would ask us if we needed help, offer us free cold lemonade after our travels back to the hotel. Felt like home away from home. Location was also amazing, was close to shopping and restaurants!

"The hotel staff are very helpful, enthusiastic and upgraded me to Deluxe Room, King Size, corner room. It was my return stay after trip to Ha Long Bay. This room is spacious with sofa area and cozy area for the bathroom. The amenities are great. They have a widespread of food for their buffet breakfast. "

"Quite the best hospitality of any hotel I have ever stayed at.The staff were amazing and truly welcoming, offering help and suggestions.They really made our stay special.
The hotel is lovely with incredible views and is a calm oasis in a busy city.
Breakfast buffet was delicious and varied.Special mention for Flower who was just wonderful, and Nicolas (also wonderful) who gave us his selection of foodie highlights to try, which was super helpful.Bartender (sorry didnt get his name) brought us cocktails on the roof in the rain.Honestly these folks know true hospitality!!"
