"My experience was really awful. My toilet wasn't working the entire time (3nights) even if I informed the front desk. I didn't sleep for 2 nights as there was a party that was going on until +9:30am Staff also wasn't too friendly as I asked to advise the people to turn down their music on the 3rd night she had an attitude and still went but I wouldn't recommend the place. Breakfast also not good at all and very small portions. I contacted the manager to get compensated and they brushed off...

He’s not just a greeter he’s a gentleman of knowledge with a soft welcoming Trini accent. He provides you with a warm greeting every time he sees you and is genuinely interested in how you spent your day. He made coming back to the hotel feel like home. "I really enjoyed my stay at Shalom house. I felt safe, the staff were super helpful and friendly. They assisted with organizing a taxi from the airport and also provided breakfast daily which made things so much easier. The area is quiet and secure so I was truly at ease during my stay. The area is a comfortable distance from the airport and other amenities like two shopping malls. Would definitely stay again."

Pusat Kota Pelabuhan Spanyol, 5 km dari Benteng George

"The rooms were generally clean but we noted that there was deficiency in cleaning them, This was evidenced by the fact that when we walked in the room with our bare feet, dust was evident on our feet, which suggests that the floors were either inadequately mopped or not mopped at all. We also felt that there was need to place mats on each side of the bed. There were several occasions when no wash cloths were provided at all which compelled us to ask for them."

"The space is great it needs updating though. I saw from last year other guests suggested a few things that would make a guest’s stay much more enjoyable but those things one year later has not been done. We stayed for carnival and the distance to events held in the Savannah was amazing. Message to the owner(s) toilet paper holder, towel rack, shower door or curtain, spray for ants, fix bathroom door so it can close properly, a/c in living room, new pots, paper plates, plastic forks, kettle...

St. Anns, 3,7 km dari Benteng George

"The room was always cleaned promptly and on schedule, and the staff were consistently pleasant, friendly, and helpful. However, the amenities could be better maintained. Additionally, the room blinds were too see-through and did not adequately block out light at night, which affected the overall comfort and privacy of the room. There were plenty of food options and attractions nearby, many of which were within walking distance. This made it convenient to explore the area, enjoy different dining...
