Location is close to local grocery options, but a hearty walk to old town activity or the beach. I did the walk each day, but some may prefer a ride or bus."

"Staff is friendly. There is a hotel section and an apartment section at this property which is very new. We stay in an apartment which is very cleanly maintained. The sea view apartment has a great view. Kitchen was well equipped except that there was no pan among the utensils. We see a paper towel rack but no paper towel. Suggest to provide paper towel as well as aluminum foil for use in the oven. It was hard to clean with the cookie sheet after used. Check in time was 15:00 but we...

"Overall, enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean upon arriving but the bathroom sinks were dirty with stains. That didn’t deter our experience as everything else was absolutely amazing! Breakfast was also lovely and staff was pleasant. I would stay at this hotel again and would definitely recommend to others."

"We had a huge apartment with kitchen, living room, and balcony. The space was immaculate and clean. Daily cleaning was also provided. The poolside breakfast was also delicious and picturesque. We loved this location to walk to all the beaches and cliff views. We took a taxi into Lagos (about 1 mile away) a few times and walked back to the apartment after dinner. Enjoyed the pool one afternoon which was quiet and very well maintained. Free, secure parking too!"

"This is a great place. The rooms were clean, the neighborhood quiet but walking distance to the walled city and the historical downtown. Having breakfast on the terrace looking at the sea was delightful. The staff was fantastic. Rosa and her colleague went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable. I recommend Sensations Guesthouse to anyone looking for a great stay in Lagos. "

"There were lots of good points about this hotel but it is not up to the standard of a 4 star. Good points - friendly staff, good food and drinks at snack bar, good sized apartment and balcony, clean room, great location for Lagos centre, beach, boardwalk and parking, nice pool area, plenty of sun beds, and well kept grounds. "The staff was always there to help, very accommodating. The room was very clean and had a spacious private bathroom. The kitchen could use some updating but it was quite well equipped. Breakfast was nice, the same every day, but very complete. We stayed 5 nights. Of course the location was nice. Walkable to everything."
