"Room was immaculate, staff was amazing and so helpful. We didn't park so can't speak to that, but the service at the front desk was very smooth and efficient. The breakfast is delicious and very convenient but PRICEY so if you want to do that, make sure you book a package where it is included. We loved being next to Lotte World park, the subway station and mall. Would 100% stay here again."

"Daily cleaning was slow and late in the day. The pool area was only available to use if you paid $130 canadian for 2 hours The location was good and only 5-7 minutes walk to the metro"

"Clean room, ideal if you’re wanting somewhere a bit more out of the way."

There are lots of amenities close by: CU convenience store, coffee shops (Starbucks, Coffee bean, etc), restaurants of all types on Bangi-dong food alley, and walking distance to the Lotte Mall/World/Tower. Two close subway stations Line 8 and Line 9 with escalator access - transferring from the airport via public transport was almost the same time as driving. There is a give right across the street...

"Good access to public transport and great amenities around including Emart and hyundai department store. Also the staff was efficient"
