"It was a great way to spend Easter with our family. We went bowling, cooked an Easter breakfast and went swimming in the pool. I was a relaxing time with many activities for the whole family."

"Was there for a nine day stay. House keeping regularly forgot to refill amenities. Had to call front desk almost daily for something. Men and women’s public restrooms had broken toilets. No sign of any repairs being done. Hotel staff performed outstanding during typhoon to ensure safety and as much support to customers as possible. Maybe hotel should consider opening dining area for dinner during contingencies. Walking to Dusit Thani for one dining source was limiting as it was at an expensive Thai restaurant. Hotel had limited parking which was used by staff and taxis. Taxis company had more cars in the garage than slots already reserved. Staff should use the large parking garage at the Dusit Thani next door. Though improvements could be made, overall a positive experience and the King Suite Front Beach is an outstanding room and great view. Definitely, worth staying there again."
"The rooms were nice, you can tell they actively work to improve the place.
The staff were awesome.
We got stuck here for typhoon Bavi of course there were some issues from it but overall it did very well and we were never uncomfortable despite the conditions outside."
"I like the property nice and clean but did not expect there was no bottle of water as a complimentary. Maybe it is not . But it’s ok I brought my own bottle of water."
"I checked in prior to the impending Typhoon Bavi and stayed until it was cleared. Many amenities were still available and hotel management kept guests well informed throughout the typhoon. It was a great stay. Spa was open and I was able to do their hydrotherapy and head massage which was excellent. I included breakfast and it was good. My 2nd day the breakfast was moved to Soi and was quite busy. The wait was not long as long as you woke up early enough to best the crowd. Power stayed on during my stay with very short interruption. Wifi was also quite stable during my stay. I recommend staying here during typhoon. I had no leaks in my room but a friend report leaks in their room. The engineering team made sure prior to secure windows and balconies. And staff dropped towels throughout the stay. Water was still available during my stay.
Staff seemed better prepared for this typhoon in comparison to Typhoon Sinlaku. It was smooth and a great stay. I did try to extend but they were fully booked.
It was reasonably priced and comfortable given the typhoon.
Covered parking also protected my car."
"Upon arrival staff and Front Desk was welcoming and made it very easy to check in. Elevator was down but they accommodated and helped us bring our stuff up to the room. Although it was during a storm and amenities were off limits, it was still a great stay. I’d book a stay here again because of the great customer service they had. Rooms had a good amount of space and many storage space, bed was comfy, and backup generator kicked it quickly when the island power died, that was a plus!!!!"
