"The cleaning of the room was terrible. The sofa bed was very dirty. Not enough blankets, no towels for 5 people. Parking not convenient for large cars 6'4" Front desk staff not very friendly. The only star is because of the good location for attractions and places to eat."

"Between the friendly staff, clean room, and great food, we had an incredible stay. The valet parking staff was helpful, and the front desk made our check-in easy as pie. We got up to our room, which was immaculate, both in cleanliness and in vibes. I was particularly impressed by the water pressure and the temperature of the shower-- it packs a surprising punch! Towels get a 10/10 for fluff factor. Very nice. We went to an event and came back later in the evening, and found that the lobby was a little loud and full of folks dressed up for a nightclub. We assumed that they were there for the bar, so we headed up to the Jazz Bar on the 7th floor, which was slightly less crowded but equally as loud. I am easily overstimulated, so we both decided to go get cheesesteaks (which I'm pretty sure is codified in Philadelphia Law? If you visit, you have to get one? Right?) and we were happy. We had an INSANE view from the 39th floor, and a nice soft bed to snuggle in. I slept SO good. The next morning, we had a delicious breakfast at Dolce. The service was top tier, and that Hollandaise sauce was phenomenal. Check-out and valet services were, again, super easy and painless. All in all, I will 100000% book this hotel again, next time we are in town."

"I really love this property. I find that the lobby and surround area is super cute/cozy and Helen at the bar is fabulous. I hate to say this...but no matter what time I show up the front desk somehow makes sure I get into my room. The room has great bath sheets/robes/slippers and I love the Balmain bath products. Room service is prompt and in my opinion the food is really great! If you ask for anything they make it happen. "

"This Marriott was very clean, the staff were all so friendly. Even in the restaurants everyone was very pleasant. We had friends at other hotels that did not have the same experience. The location is also convenient to the convention center, shopping, and the museum. "
