"Each and every staff member my partner and I spoke to were incredibly friendly and polite. One even offered to get breakfast options and take them to our table for my partner as she had our newborn baby on her lap. Extremely thoughtful. The room was really clean, check in/out was easy and the hotel itself is in a really great location with shops and restaurants walking distance. We will come again!"

"This has been on my bucket list for some time. We had a wounderful 2 night stay and everything was perfect. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, larger than alot of hotel rooms. You lay in bed at night and could imagine your travelling on a train. The meal was excellent, Beef Wellington to die for, so good and wonderful surroundings in a 1906 Pullman car exquisitely restored. The staff were brilliant and extremely helpful. Alot of history tied up in this place."

"Brilliant find. Stayed here for one night as son was passing out at pirbright, but service was excellent. Staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. We stayed in room 59. Was lovely, clean and modern. Nice smells throughout. Xmas decks on point and we noticed it isn't too far from the big shopping centres. Truly worth a visit. Breakfast great value for the area. Can't praise this hotel and it's staff enough. Everyone from the cleaners to the front of house was polite, friendly and helpful."
