"No coffee machine in the lobby or rooms. No breakfast available. The restaurant and bar are not operating. The pool is closed. The ice machine is only available on the 3rd floor. No restaurants within walking distance - except a Dunkin' Donuts. Not sure I'd feel safe walking there anyway! The room was clean, it had a fridge and TV - but I had to get the 'manager' to activate the Internet to get it to work. I'd choose a different motel next time - I was less than comfortable staying there."

"Overall this was a great stay! The room was clean and the location was perfect! We stayed from a Friday to Monday during the Tulip Festival that was in Holland! The location was perfect to Downtown South Haven! Everything that we needed was close by making the trip smooth! The breakfast was good but small (eggs, waffles, cereal, muffins & bagels) was perfect for us though! Would definitely stay again"

"I will never use Expedia again. When I got there my reservation was wrong & I didn’t have a room. Grateful they found me a room. My updated reservation was cancelled but my original reservation was still reserved. It was just the opposite of the change I made online w/Expedia, yet your confirmation emails were correct"

"The location was excellent and I think that is what you pay a lot for. The Hotel itself is tired and in need of renovations. The first room we were in, the toilet was not working and the staff did respond quickly and put us in another room with a working toilet. The continental breakfast was very scant and although breakfast sandwiches were mentioned by staff on checking in, other than toast, bagels and peanut butter and jam, nothing else. No hot portion like eggs or bacon or sausage. The bed was extremely comfortable though and had a good night sleep. And as I said, the location right downtown and walking distance to all downtown activities, amenities and restaurants and pubs. Plenty of parking at the hotel. If not for the location though, I wouldn’t pay more than half the price of what I actually paid for this hotel. "

"I can't tell you how incredibly nice this place is for the price we paid i am impressed. The staff are very friendly and helpful . The pool area is super nice and my granddaughters loved it. They let us have a late check out at no extra cost to me. They rock as far as I'm concerted. Thanks Best west3. The room was clean and large great choice. The only thing i didn't like was with expedia, this is twice I've used them to book my room and they over charged me by a large amount. @@ shame on you EXPEDIA !!!"
