Away in the room… for instance you can’t have the bedroom and living room Ac on at the same time, the units just turn off when there hasn’t been movement in the room, the room gets hot when sleeping, also if hey missed a few things like putting the black out blind “stays” on all...

"It was awesome just say hello.to all and they just gave me the best care. From front desk atten to 2 ladies in kitchen I said hello to them and they treated me like royalty. All the employees and was a smile and a hello blue ribbon for all"

"Hotel rooms are dated and the common areas need some updating. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Noise levels are well controlled for a hotel with a casino but the smell of smoke did make its way into the hallways."

"I made a reservation and they turned me away. They saw I used Expedia points and they didn’t accept the rate. They were looking at my price, not my price + the monetary value of the points I used. They turned me away at 10pm and I had to book another hotel. If you book with them, you better pay an acceptable rate."
