"We stayed in the Queen Anne room. The cooling is with a portable air conditioner which worked fine to keep the room cool, when it was in the mid 80s outside. I would recommend they install a "split" which might be able to exhaust through attic space if there is not an exterior wall. Also, we experienced waking when a minor air draft would rattle the room's door. We put one of the heavy pillows against the door to keep it from rattling. The location is excellent. "The hotel was the definition of sketchy. The pictures used to advertisement seem to be one room that looks good and the rest are gross. Our room was disgusting and the only that that seemed clean was the bed. The bathroom and tub had black stains, bugs and stuff all over the towels. There was hair and pubic hair in the toilet and tub. We didn’t end up staying the night as planned. We left as soon as possible."

"I highly recommend booking a hotel anywhere else in Northwest Arkansas. I woke up my second night with 3 red bites along my arm. At first I thought it was mosquitoes since the weather in Arkansas is warm now. I went to take a nap in my hotel later that same day, and I see a red bug crawling on the sheets- a bed bug. The next day, my father had 2 bites on his legs. The rooms we occupied were rooms 316, 320, and 327. The hotel says that their pest control investigated the rooms and did not find...

"EV chargers were broken. TV controller didn’t work. Room service food order was delivered cold three time. Bed was stiff."

"My favorite part of my stay was waking up to the sun being filtered through the trees outside my rooms window! Most hotels have a view of a parking lot or highway. Very nice stay!"

"The location was excellent based on who we were there to visit. Everything we might need store or restaurant wise was in close proximity. The breakfast area had adequate seating as well as a nice selection of food items. My favorite item was the 24 hour coffee station that will freshly grind the beans for your coffee when your ready for a cup. I would strongly consider staying there again. The only thing we didn't like was a strong odor that was limited to just our bathroom area."

"The only milk was oat or soy milk, therefore I didn’t eat cereal. The eggs I think were powdered, not much flavor. My son had waffles and they seemed to be okay as well as the sausage. "
