PrimeRoom 別府 菊 was the best stay we had in our whole trip. We hoped we could spend more nights in this room to enjoy the area, hotspring and interior facilities. Everything was great and recommended for families. Thank you.

Checkin took long and noisy guests above us

The apartment was fine and clean. Only we had not received any check-in information and it took an hour of calling to get in. And the apartments are very noisy, the second night we had guests above us who made noise until 1am. I knocked on the door and then it was quiet.

宿から駐車場までは少し離れてます。 一方通行の多い民家の中にあるので、初めて行く時は少し不便だなという印象を受けました。 宿自体は外観も綺麗だし、中も綺麗です。 家族5人(親と子供3人)で泊まりましたが、何も不便なことはなく、しっかりと寛ぐ事が出来ました。

如果一家帶着小孩會較為不太方便, 門前不能放車, 因是住宅區，路窄，盡快把東西放下後需要差不多花4分鐘駛到停車場。幸好停車場離住所不太遠

旅館狀態整體外觀是不錯的。 所有基本的設施也不錯，只是沒有供煮食的煲，那自稱有廚房又有什麼用呢？又如何合理呢？ 另外，泊車位太細，只適合細車 （7人車很勉強）.

시설은 괜찮습니다만, 방음이 문제입니다.

집은 깨끗하고 괜찮습니다. 다만, 세탁기 관리가 제대로 안되서, 빨래를 하더라도 냄새가 납니다. 또, 다른 층에 일본인이 들어와서 떠드는 바람에 잠을 제대로 못잤습니다.
