"Room is clean daily, staff are very friendly, kind, very accommodating, spa treatments is great, breakfast buffet is good, however, no shuttle service for airport pick up, text messages and phone calls not answered, tv has only 3 English channels (ie: news, documentary and discovery), phone lines not working all the time, but will fix it right away. I still love the place and recommend. "

"The location was good, lots of shops around. Plenty of tattoo palour. Its about a ten minutes walk from the beach but they do provide a shuttle if you don't want to walk. Room is nice and clean, rooftop pool was awesome. Reception area was grand but the check-in area nned some improvement. The chair is old and worn abd very low. Not comfortable at all. But apart from that l thoroughly enjoy staying there. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton, with spacious and modern rooms that were comfortable and well presented. However, we felt the hotel lacked daily activities to keep guests engaged, which made the experience feel a bit limited compared to other resorts. The pricing was also quite high coffee at $9 AUD, cocktails around $20-25 AUD, and even bottled water at $10 AUD felt excessive. The kids club was more suited to younger children and appeared somewhat run down, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, while the property has its strengths, we feel that for the price point there are better value options available in Nusa Dua and Jimbaran."

"Amazing property, really about creating a community within the resort. Everything has a purpose and thought through. Lots of things to do throughout our stay. The location is in the middle of everything but felt secluded. The design was incredible and really immersive, it reflected a more modern perspective on Balinese architecture without washing it down. The staff was amazing and really thoughtful, i got a cold during my stay and somehow everyone knew and took extra care to make sure i was comfortable. The food/restaurant venues were always fresh and inventive, really fantastic breakfast with the Dome and the vegetarian restaurant in the suites. A fantastic stay, highly recommended even if you aren't into late night parties, it allows you to participate as much or as little as you like. "
