"Great stopover hotel for Stansted Airport"

"Great stay with very clean rooms!!"

"Great staff, nice food menu. Room comfy and large for a group of 4. They even do airport transfers but we didn’t need to use this. Would definitely stay again"

"Loved this place so much. It seems to be a local hangout which was fantastic. It’s on a busy street, so expect some noise, but other than that was fantastic. Already planning my next trip back!"

"The restaurant was amazing the food was excellent, the rice for the room I had was over priced and didn't realise that it was at the end of the Stanstead runway very noisy it is a good airport hotel but not a weekend away It s in a beautiful setting"

"The bar and food were really good for an airport hotel and the staff were so friendly the breakfast was plentiful too very good stay indeed"

"Great overnight stay. Clean, comfortable and great food, what more could I ask for."

"comfortable room, good food, friendly staff"

"Lovely Quirky Hotel in the centre of Town. Very helpful staff & a fantastic free all English Breakfast. Can’t wait to stay again soon."

"Room was clean but whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke. It’s a shame because the rooms are letting down the hotel as the rest of the hotel is very nice and it could be a top spot to visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the grounds were stunning! Food was also great but more on the expensive side. I had the burger on the menu (£18) it did come with chips and was tasty! Good place to stay if you want a short stay but it could do with some TLC"

"It has to be said that the house and grounds are superb and Met my desire to have my friend wake up on her 80th birthday in palatial surroundings. However I have just been informed at the end of breakfast that it is not included in my Expedia booking! There is no warning of that whatsoever and I think that it is deceitful and deceptive. "
