"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"Finding the location was a little tricky. I used Google Maps to get to the location but there were no signs. I texted Antonio and he came right out and opened the gate. The rooms are about 30yards from the gate. Has a hostel-like shared living room and fridge. We had our own room and bathroom which was very clean. "ミラノからローマの鉄道が早朝だった為、一泊のみ利用でした。ラグジュアリーなホテルは求めていないので、立地条件を含め、とても快適・清潔でした。オーナーの女性も丁寧な対応でした。相部屋なので、他の旅行者に若干、気配りは必要ですが、それほどではありません。旅慣れた方は便利なホテルだと思います。"

"We rented one of the 2 rooms in the apartment. We did share the kitchen and laundry area with other tenants during our stay. However we had our own bathroom which was great. The apartment was beautiful, modern, clean, and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and cozy. Check in process was super easy! Great place to stay! Excellent hospitality from the owners! "
