"Overall excellent place to stay. I only have v minor issues which are probably more personal preference than anything. Shower flooded the whole bathroom on every use, air con was so noisy all night and pool could have used a clean to remove dead leaves. Other than that a wonderful place to stay"

"The stay was okay in generał. Good location for sightseeing, room looks fine and is clean. It is a bit tricky to get inside, but we got a pretty clear instructions. However there were no instructions on how to get out, which caused us to get stuck between the fence and the door to the property (which locked automatically) for a few minutes before we figured it out - I think it should be stated more clearly. The biggest problem is the roof window, which leaks. As I can see a lot of guests...

"Our AC did not work. I reached out to the host via WhatsApp and on Hotels.com messaging platform. It was 27 degrees delicious and didn’t budge. There were error codes on the thermostat. No one ever got back to me unfortunately:("

"Great room with easy access to the bus and metro system. I was definitely happy with the free wifi and amenities it came with. Thank you to the staff for alerting me a few minutes after leaving the room. I was able to go back and pick it up before I got too far. Thank you again!!"
