Hotel Best Western di Bergen

"The hotel is on a stretch of road surrounded by many stores and restaurants, which I liked. The room was decent. The biggest problem I had were that almost half the outlets in the room were either not working at all, or so loosely held the plugs that the plug would just fall out. I use oxygen and brought my machine for overnight use and the charger for my portable unit, and I had to make sure the oxygen machine was plugged into a secure outlet. "The air conditioner worked really well. The one downside i did have was the room wasnt vacumed all that well. The ladt receptionist at the front desk wasnt the most polite, the outside area was littered with trash. For the price I paid, id highly re consider next time."

"Room was very clean, and staff was excellent. My only complaint would be the grounds around the hotel is very dirty with trash everywhere. We had two dogs with us, and to walk them was challenging due to litter everywhere. Everything else was perfect. "
