"A busy hotel which could’ve done a bit more to make those not part of big coach tours feel more welcome. Whilst it’s not the hotel’s fault there was loud construction work going on below our window, no checks were made to see if it was affecting us. It’s possible the hotel was not at capacity, so it would’ve been good customer service to offer us a room the other side (to place us farther away from the construction) and/or offer us something complimentary, such as a larger room and/or...
