"Super für einen Städtetrip. Ab 2 Übernachtungen kann man die Welcome Card an der Rezeption holen mit der man umsonst den Nahverkehr nutzen kann und auch viele andere Ermäßigungen. Parken beim Hotel ist umsonst was ein riesen Vorteil ist nach dem Innsbruck eine Parkzone ist. Zimmer waren sauber und sehr ruhig. Gute Lage um auch zu Fuß in die Altstadt zu kommen. "

"This room has an outstanding view of the mountains. Also, we were able to use the free laundry (2 washers & 2 dryers) as we were on a long holiday. A 2+ night stay included a Welcome Pass that includes free use of the trains/trams/busses. This place is right in the heart of the Altstadt (Old Town) and Maria-Theresien-Straße."

"Great location which was easy to reach on the bus from the train station. Comfortable flat with all we needed. Double room for us and our teen on the sofa bed in the living room. Separate kitchen/dining. "

"Area is walkable to the old town and the central train station. It is safe with many dining options as well as a supermarket. The room is well sized for two with big luggage. Kettle is available upon request. Staff was friendly and helpful! "

"We enjoyed our stay at Urban Inn. The unit was well-stocked, clean, had ample storage, plenty of seating, and was in a good location. The water pressure was strong. Self-check-in was flawless. We were delighted to have baggage storage to use prior to check-in. NOTES: The bed frame sits on the floor; it may not be suitable for someone with mobility issues. Unfortunately, cigarette smoke comes in from the cafe on the ground floor, even with the windows closed. We weren't bothered too much...

"Hôtel situé en plein centre-ville, à côté de la gare, l'accès à la vieille à pied est assez rapide. Sans s'arrêter sur la première impression des voies de la gare, la vue monte rapidement sur les montagnes entourant Innsbruck (où les monuments du centre-ville). C'est bien l'avantage de la hauteur permise par cet hôtel. Le parking public situé en dessous permet de gagner rapidement la réception de l'hôtel. Le matin, le petit-déjeuner présente un bon choix d'aliments frais en profitant...
