"Really good deal for the 3 of us for hotel with the night including dinner and breakfast. Staff were really good so was spa facilities for what you paid for. Overall would go again. But disappointed with dinner wasn’t told it was a buffet till we got to the restaurant ( we did prebook calling few days before and saw staff at check in where there was opportunity to tell us) Though the staff where excellent at accommodating the group member who had a food allergy and letting her choose of menu....

"Most impressed by: The Staff, they were lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Entertainment, Colin Mills was outstanding. The bedroom was bright, airy, clean and nicely laundered. Not so good: Lift didn't go to top floor where we stayed so we had lots to carry, which was quite difficult for our party. Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. "

The actual hotel is not at all connected to the historic Walton Hall, and the hotel wing and room that we experienced were very worn and in need of a renovation. The pool and fitness room were listed on Expedia as amenities, but these facilities are not owned by the hotel and require payment for use (after registering our complaint, we were given free passes). "We had a lovely evening spent at the Stratford manor hotel. The property is located amidst the beautiful countryside of Stratford city. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. "

"We were put in a room that was freezing cold, in the basement, noisy wasn't the word, the floor boards above sounded like they were going to cave in! Cold basic and not comfortable. Disappointed"
