"SUPERB, helpful Staff. Lots of good choices at breakfast and definitely worth 7 Euro. Very clean throughout. There is a smoking room off the lobby, but since the doors are always left open, smoke is everywhere throughout the reception area. Located in a residential area, so not a lot of choices for restaurants, grocery and other shops. Hooks for towels are needed in the bathroom where the toilet is located because people usually wash their hands there. Instead, the floor is often wet and...

"I went solo for two nights, first things first the pictures are rather deceiving and heavily altered to say the very least, while a lot does match it's still not the same and leaves out a few key parts like the entrance to your accommodation. Getting to your accommodation feels like walking through an alley at night since the entrance hall doesn't seem to have lights and neither does the little hall you have to get through to your room. The bathrooms are fairly clean though on my stay there...

"Schönes Zimmer, Kontaktloses check in. Ungünstig war nur das vorige abstellen von Gepäck. Check in war erst ab 15:00 möglich und kein Ansprechpartner, wo man das hinterlegen könnte. Also mussten wir wieder zurück zum hbf und dort das Gepäck lagern. Auch braucht man eine Nummer zum einchecken, welche Angeblich in der Mail Bestätigung enthalten sein sollte. Dort war sie aber nicht. Erst nach langer suche war sie über die expedia app einsehbar. Und selbst dort nicht gut ausgeschildert....

"Not a good stay, given the relatively high cost for a hostel; have stayed in budget hotels with far more free amenities. The front desk staff not as friendly & warm as one would expect from anyone working in hospitality. Was assured towels are available, only to be handed credit card machine when requesting one (€3.50 for a towel rental? Really? After charging hundreds of euros for two nights stay?); the shower on main floor was out of service, to boot. Hard to sleep through the night as one can...
