Great location, easy access to transport, food, the Christmas markets and the tourist hop on hop off bus is across the road. The staff were helpful and friendly and we had Christmas lunch at Spargo restaurant which was excellent!

The unmanned check-in is convenient, but you'll need to find a staff member to get VIP benefits. Everything went well . Polite staff and clean rooms. Only criticism is no tea or coffee facilities in the room. 5euro at the bar for a coffee and a small one at that .
