"Very busy hotel with people going on cruises. Staff were very helpful. It was easily accessible to the beach, had to drive and park for the beach. Pool was nice."

"The saying “pictures lie” rings so true for this place. The front desk girl wasn’t pleasant when checking us in. Gave us a room with 2 non-working TVs, a sink that also didn’t put out water. Had to tell her just so they don’t charge me for something being “broken”, and all she said was “ok”. No offer of another room, no apology, nothing. Only needed to stay for one night so it was whatever. But hospitality was nonexistent, to say the least. Then, one of the bed had a little throw at the bottom...

"Fairly new property! My only complaints are: No microwave in room. However, one will be delivered upon request. No ice bucket. However, remember to get one at check-in. The pool is too small to be used by customers of both hotels: TruBlue, and Homesuites by Hilton. I was not told upfront that there is a charge for parking of $20.00 a day."

"Our bathroom clearly wasn’t cleaned… there was no toilet paper in our room and a dirty towel is still hanging on the bathroom door, not what you expect from a $300 night hotel room. Also, despite non-smoking signs being posted everywhere our neighbour was outside smoking by his front door."

"This hotel advertises that gives breakfast but after you check in and asked what time the breakfast in the morning that’s when they tell you that they are not offering breakfast, plus the room was dirty and the trash can still having trashes from the others guess, also when you open the door of the room you can smell the mold. This place is horrible, I think that I need my money back!"

"Was not given the room types we reserved, one room had a chair, the other did not, one room had no hair dryer, the other did. Both bathrooms had mold and mildew in the showers, one shower was broken. Plumbing made horrible sounds at seemingly random times. Only positive about the experience was the price"
