"Great stay"

"Had to do a late check in, was given a room that had water leaking, smelled extremely musty and the floors were wet. Never had such an experience. Had to move rooms again late at night and the staff was barely apologetic. I do not understand how such a room could be rented out especially when the assumption is that rooms are checked and cleaned before giving out to someone. Would not recommend. Mold exposure is not what I expect from a paid hotel stay."

"The room was filled with cigarette smoke. There were cockroaches, mold, and no fitted sheets on the bed. The staff were very helpful though but I do not recommended staying here unless you want to be surrounded by cigarette smoke, roaches, and a filthy environment."

"I stayed in the Quality Inn multiple times earlier. This time, my experience was bad. The bed linens were dirty and ripped. The washroom toilet was leaking continuously. The air conditioner cover was open!! Window blinds had fungal spots. The floor was dirty. It was very unpleasant to stay one night with the family and young kids. The breakfast option was limited (only waffles, apples, yogurt, cereals, coffee, and orange juice). The breakfast experience was not as expected (buffet advertisement...
