The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were very clean during our stay. When we asked for changing rooms because we prefer two twin beds, the staff in the front desk said there was a room available the next day without extra charge. Best Western Plus Hotel Bern
El hotel está súper céntrico en la parte antigua de Bern. Los cuartos son cómodos. El personal es simpático ( con excepción de la barra del ático.) El desayuno excelente y la comida del restaurante también muy buena. Recomiendo muy positivamente este hotel.
