NH Bern The Bristol
The bathrooms sink did not drain well, so I asked them to fix it.They poured in something to make it go down faster. But that did not work. So I had to ask them to look into it a little bit better the next day. The fridge is not used to keep items cold.

Hotel Schweizerhof Bern & Spa
Everything about our stay was as hoped, the only glitch was the pocket doors in our suite separating the additional bed/room our daughter was in wouldn’t close and needed repair. The hotel was very apologetic when we let them know. Staff and property were amazing and a great location.
