AC during the heat wave was a life saver and the room was very comfortable. We were a bit nervous being on the first floor next to the elevator but the room was very quiet and we slept great. "Lovely hotel ,staff were excellent ,free tea and coffee and fresh water in reception Has a lovely vibe about the place ,rooms were spacious and clean and well decorated nice bars surrounding hotel and patisserie , nearest metro is a stone’s throw (Blanche) corridors were a bit narrow and dark and staircase was a bit helter skelter but overall absolutely book again in a heartbeat"

"Air conditioning in the room blew out. Staff did nothing to fix it. They didn't even come look at it. According to another guest at the hotel their A/C went out also and was not fixed. We weren't offered any compensation for the room. It was about 90 degrees in the room. Also the rooms are TINY. No where to put your luggage. This hotel is not worth the price at all. It's the equivalent to staying in a hostel. Would not recommend to anyone."

"The property is located in a great part of Paris. Lots of restaurants, sidewalk cafes etc. The apartments are roomy, if a bit sparse. There was a heatwave in Paris when we stayed there (40 deg.) and this building has no air conditioning! There was AC in the breakfast room but it was locked up at 10 am. After 4 nights they relented and left the door open so guests could cool down before going to their own oven (I mean apts.) There was a rickety fan blowing on the bed. I had to ask for more...

"Es un alojamiento lindo en Montmatre. Es un edificio antiguo lo que le da un extra a la experiencia. Abres tu ventana y voilá es París. La habitación es cómoda,limpia. Los espacios son reducidos debido a el tipo de edificio, eso es parte del encanto. No hay aire acondicionado,así que si vas en verano vas a sudar. "We couldn’t get internet in our room and the staff stayed there was nothing they could do. We lasted all of one hour in the room before we decided we could not stay and we couldn’t believe that Expedia would even host this place. The stairs were dangerously narrow and with no elevator plus a fourth floor room, carrying a 50 pound suitcase without any assistance from staff was even more harrowing. I am typically a grin and beat it especially when trying to save but even I couldn’t take this...
